Who you are buying from

Not a trader. A rental company.

Most forklift sellers in Malaysia import a container and sell it on. We keep 100+ machines running every day, from four branches, with our own technicians and our own parts. That is why we can tell you what a used machine has actually been through.

Buyer's guide

Five questions to ask before you buy a used forklift

Ask these of any seller, including us.

01

How many hours has it run — and can you prove it?

The hour meter alone is not proof. Ask what records sit behind the number.

Us: most machines ran on our own rental contracts, so the hours come with our job records.

02

What has been repaired or replaced?

"Fully serviced" means nothing without a list. Engine, hydraulics, mast, chains — which parts, and when.

Us: we can show the repair history, because our own workshop did the work under ISO 9001.

03

How was it used before?

A machine that lifted paper in a warehouse is not the same as one that ran a wet yard for eight years.

Us: we know the site and the duty, because we placed the machine there.

04

Who repairs it after I buy it, and how fast?

Most buyers ask this too late. A cheap machine with no service behind it is expensive.

Us: our own technicians, four branches — Shah Alam, Penang, Johor, Bintulu.

05

Are the spare parts in stock?

Three weeks waiting for a part is three weeks of stopped work.

Us: we stock parts for these models already, because we run them ourselves.

Before you decide

Buy it, or rent it long term?

If you need a forklift every working day for years, that is the real decision. We do both, so we can tell you straight which is cheaper for your case.

Buy

You own the machine

Lower total cost over many years — if you can handle the maintenance and you have the capital up front.

  • Usage is steady and long
  • Asset on your books
  • You arrange service, or we quote it
Rent long term

You buy the work, not the machine

Fixed monthly cost with service included, and no capital tied up. If it breaks down, replacing it is our problem.

  • Predictable monthly figure
  • Operating expense, not capital
  • Downtime is on us
Not sure which?

Send us your hours per day and how many years you expect to need it. We will show the 5-year cost both ways. See the comparison →

Tell us how heavy, how high, and where.

We reply with what is in the yard this week — photos, year, hours and the service record.
